TOM FOOLERY AND THE MISTAKES "18:03" CD EP At first listen Tom Foolery and the Mistakes seem to ape the scrap rock of the late Columbus band Preston Furman. It was the same with the second and third listens. Given the fact that no one else sounds like this anymore, though, the band's haphazard, catchy, lo-fi indie mess gets a pass-even with their misguided cover of Lionel Richie's "Hello". |
